I have been handing down dishes (china) from my husbands grandmother, who I never met. I will probably pass them down to my children, since they also never met her

I have a dining room table and matching buffet from my husband's grandmother who is no longer with us. To this day, I still think it's the most beautiful piece of furniture that we've ever owned.

I have my Grandmother's Bible given to her before my GrandFather died in 1971. It has clippings of inspirational stories and quotes plus things written in her handwriting. I loved to visit and stay with her.

My mother gave me a bible the day I got married. My grandparents had it made for me before I was born. Sadly, My gma passed away before I was born and my gpa passed away when I was 6 months old. It means a lot to me. :)

I was handed down a pair of pajamas that belonged to my beloved grandfather, and I wear them whenever I feel at all blue...they make me feel as if he's still around to hug me, even though he's been gone almost 40 years. I'll never stop missing him.
