I went into this book blind based completely on the title, because I am a HUGE fan of time travel and magical realism in stories, and the author. I suggest you do the same if you’re a fan of those things too!
BUT if you can’t, I’ll share a few things with you.
This is probably one of the more interesting books I’ve read this year. When I wasn’t reading it, I couldn’t wait to be back with the characters. It almost felt like a show I was bingeing but had to stop to do life things and couldn’t wait to get back to it. There are multiple points of view, which is always fun. The story is very character-driven with deep development that is layered, vulnerable, emotional, and quite relatable. Lastly, I couldn’t get to the end fast enough!
I really, really enjoyed this one and wish there was a Time Travel Agency in real life!
