All children’s book illustrator Claire Turner ever wanted was to be a mother. After six years of trying to conceive, she and her husband, Josh, have finally accepted that she will never be pregnant with a child of their own.
Yet once they give up hope, the couple gets the miracle they’ve been waiting for. For the first few months of her pregnancy, Claire and Josh are living on cloud nine. But when she begins to experience debilitating headaches, blurred vision, and even fainting spells, the soon-to-be mother goes to the doctor and receives a terrifying diagnosis. Since any treatment could put their unborn baby’s life at risk, the Turners must carefully weigh their limited options. And as her symptoms worsen, Claire will have to make an impossible decision: Save her own life, or save her child’s?

This sounds like it will be a very moving book.
My career was being a nurse so there were many times I worked to save people. No specifics to mention.
my boyfriend saved me by taking me to the hospital when i was in the midst of a bad flare of Crohn's disease. he let me try to "work it out" from home, but saw me getting worse, scooped me up & took me to the hospital. i was in dire need of medical attention and he made sure i got it. SO glad he was there to help me.
I saved family members from making the wrong decision in life and prevented my sister from a drastic future.
I have tried to save my children from making big life mistakes by giving them parental guidance. They don't always take my advice, but that's part of growing up.
I seem to be forever rescuing my son. Such is life.
I can't recall saving anyone or anyone saving me
My husband saved me from drowning when our raft capsized.
no
Thanks for featuring this book for the tour!
Yes. Because of my studies, midwifery. But I don't feel comfortable to share details.

I've never actually saved anyone but there have been times I helped loved ones out when they were in difficult situations.
I've never been in that situation; none that I recall, anyhow.
No to both questions.
When my son was a teenager awhile ago he was hanging around with the wrong crowd & I finally got him to realize, what a bad idea that was. No to long after that he signed up with the Marines & he mad the best investment in his life. He is now married with 2 boys. Thanks for this generous chance. Linda May
I haven't really saved anyone's life but would if put in the situation.
